Turbo is an exceptional dog with an incredible personality. He is highly intelligent, people-oriented, and genuinely loves being around others. Turbo is wonderfully social with other dogs and is so dog-friendly that we use him to help evaluate other dogs' social skills. He has also done well in foster homes and is great with children.
