Welcome darling Junie! Not to be confused with little Maria who is similar looking, similar age, and has a similar history, including also being scheduled for euthanasia, but not related. Junie is another lovely dog scheduled for euthanasia because of the devastating overpopulation crisis. Realistically, there are far more dogs than homes and we would rather see a dog humanely euthanized in a shelter than left in the streets to reproduce more unwanted puppies before they suffer and die alone.... But getting a new lease on life at Dogwood is even better! Beautiful Junie looks like a German Shepherd with maybe some Australian Shepherd mixed in. She's a big sweet leggy girl of about 5 months old and around 35-40 pounds. We expect her to mature at 60-75 pounds.
