Mr. Howell is a really sweet, soft, perfect-sized dog (20 lbs), with grey-brown coloring and an adorable heart shaped patch of white fur on his chest. He’s youthful and playful, but has a chill, low-maintenance personality. He loves toys and is happy to play with his person or entertain himself. He has done very well with female fosters -- coming out of his shell, playing and showing affection. However, men in the household (and our male staff members) still frighten him weeks or even months......
