Welcome Back Brie! This beautiful 2-1/2 yo Border Collie, along with her sister Kate, have been deeply loved since their adoption 18 months ago. Due to life changing medical circumstances their person made the heartbreaking decision to allow them a new life with a family that can give them everything they deserve and need. They are precious beyond words and so incredibly affectionate, not to mention Border Collie whip smart.... Welcome Back Brie! This beautiful 2-1/2 yo Border Collie, along with her sister Kate, have been deeply loved since their adoption 18 months ago. Due to life changing medical circumstances their person made the heartbreaking decision to allow them a new life with a family that can give them everything they deserve and need. They are precious beyond words and so incredibly affectionate, not to mention Border Collie whip smart. They could use some leash exposure since their person has been mostly housebound for many months. They are lovely dogs, and need a person or family with time and space to let them be the happy, ball chasing dogs they are. Brie and Kate get along with all dogs and people, and cats might work in the right home. They previously lived with confident cats in their longtime Dogwood foster homes with some management but would definitely chase a cat that runs. They are wonderful together, with very different personalities, but will do fine apart as well. Brie will best thrive in a patient, quiet environment and a calm confident dog friend would be a plus. Brie has now had the misfortune of being returned twice from wonderful homes because of serious illnesses of adopters. It's time for her happily ever after. These sisters were rescued from the hoarding/cruelty case we helped with 2 years ago and were in foster care for a very long as we waited for them to be released by the courts. They lived in individual homes for most of that time and are great together or individually.
