Winny was transferred to Valley Humane on 3/29 from the East County Animal Shelter; she had been found stray in poor condition. Winny was underweight, wounded and suffering from an upper respiratory infection but her sweet and friendly demeanor was on fully display through her matted hair coat! Winny has spent nearly 3 months in foster care receiving TLC and is now microchipped and spayed and ready for adoption! Winny weighs just 4....
