Zara, a Domestic Shorthair for adoption

Zara, 3 mo (F)

Domestic Shorthair
mediumIndoor Only

Zara came in with her two siblings (Dusty, and Stevie) when she was about 3 weeks old. She was healthy and in pretty good shape after her bath! She was definitely the runt of the litter to start but started growing bug and strong like her siblings after a short time.Summary of Personality: Zara is so affectionate and goes against all the calico stereotypes. She is so loving and wants to be in your lap wherever you are.... Zara came in with her two siblings (Dusty, and Stevie) when she was about 3 weeks old. She is so loving and wants to be in your lap wherever you are. She wraps her arms around her siblings when she sleeps and goes up to my cats regularly for affection which they so lovingly reciprocate. She is really easy going but will simultaneously match her brothers rough playing energy if needed. She may be small but she is mighty! She is a little more "skittish" than her siblings and will run from new people/animals at first but will come out within 10 minutes once she deems it "safe". She HATES vacuums, backfiring cars, motorcycles, or any abrupt loud noises, but then again, I don't know a lot of cats that do. She sleeps in bed with me and tries to get her face squished into my neck as much as possible. She wants a billion kisses and will pull your face in for love. She is a very special girl.Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc): She does great with all my household pets! She absolutely adores my cats and follows my male around everywhere. She doesn't play with my dog because she can get a little rough for her liking but whenever the pup is asleep she curls up right next to her cleans her ears, and snuggles her for as long as she can. She is gentle enough to be out when my bird is out without me having to worry at all. She does NOT like my friends big dog, but since she is a kitten I think that could change long term with the right "big dog".Include any observations): She does great using the litter box, she has been using a standard box with Natures miracle Walnut litter.
