Zya came to Toni’s Kitty Rescue with her young kittens. She not only raised her own kittens, but kittens from several other litters. She was an amazing surrogate mom, and those kittens wouldn’t be alive today if it weren’t for her. While she has an independent streak, Zya is also deeply affectionate in her own gentle way. She enjoys being pet, leans into attention once she trusts you, and has a calm, soothing presence that makes her incredibly easy to love. Rather than being a whirlwind of activity, Zya is cool, calm, and collected — perfect for someone looking for a relaxed companion who enjoys lounging nearby and sharing peaceful moments together.
